Small groups. Hands-on. Held in Folsom, CA.
Workshops are for people who want to do more than buy a plant. They want to understand it. Sessions teach the practice the way we use it in the working garden: name the variety, watch the season, treat the plant as part of a system.
From the Garden: Making with What You Grow
2 hours. $85 per person. Maximum 8 attendees.
The workshop that makes the rest of it worthwhile. We make lavender syrup, a simple herbal tea blend, and a dried herb sachet. All from plants that grow in El Dorado Hills. Part craft, part growing philosophy: a garden should give you something to use, not just look at.
You leave with a bottle of lavender syrup made in class, a custom tea blend, a dried herb sachet, and a plant list of what to grow for your own pantry.
