Shipping and pickup
Will-call pickup. El Dorado Hills.
Local pickup is available at our El Dorado Hills location at no charge. We will contact you to confirm your pickup window within 24 hours of your order. Please do not come before receiving confirmation. We stage orders specifically for your appointment and want your plants ready when you arrive.
Bring an appropriate vehicle for the size of your order. We will help load. Five-gallon plants are large and heavy. A truck bed, SUV, or van is recommended for orders of three or more plants.
Standard shipping
We ship to all US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight:
- Orders up to 5 lbs: $18.00
- Orders over 5 lbs: $28.00
We ship succulents, small ornamentals, and From the Garden goods. Five-gallon plants are not recommended for shipping due to size, weight, and the risk of transit damage. Local pickup is strongly preferred for these.
Orders are packed carefully with adequate cushioning and airflow. Plants are never packed in airtight containers. A care card is included with every shipment.
We process and ship orders within 2 business days of placement. Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Workshop tickets
Workshops are digital. No physical shipment. Your order confirmation email will include the venue address, parking information, what to expect, and everything you need to know before arriving.
