Refund policy

Our plant guarantee

We stand behind every plant we sell. If a plant fails to establish within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a one-time replacement or store credit. No proof required. Contact us at hello@littlegardenthings.com and tell us what happened. We will make it right.

We ask only that basic care instructions were followed. We include care guidance with every order and are happy to answer questions at any point during the establishment period.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if a plant arrives damaged, diseased, or incorrect. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly. Photograph the plant if possible. It helps us understand what happened and improve our process.

Bulk and trade orders

Orders of 10 or more plants, and all trade account orders, are considered final sale once fulfilled. We are happy to discuss availability, substitutions, and project timelines before an order is placed. Please contact us in advance if you have any uncertainty about specifications.

If plants in a bulk or trade order arrive damaged or diseased, the damaged portion is eligible for replacement under our standard plant guarantee. Contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with photographs.

We strongly encourage trade customers to inspect their order at pickup before departing. Concerns noted at pickup will be resolved immediately. Concerns raised after a designer has left the premises with their order may be subject to review.

Workshops

Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the workshop date. Credit toward a future session if cancelled 3 to 6 days before. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours. Tickets may be transferred to another person with notice. Contact us before the session date.

From the Garden goods

Goods such as syrups, teas, and sachets are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@littlegardenthings.com.
